Whenever us Fried Squirms decide to bring you something extra gory, we know in the back of our minds we owe a debt to Herschell Gordon Lewis. The Godfather of Gore set up a lot of things that we like about the genre, and some various subgenres, so it's about time we get back to his work. Blood Feast is generally considered to be the first splatter film, so the question on the Squirms mind...does it hold up through all these years?
